Why is the furniture sold by preorder?
Preorder lets us offer a broader, carefully selected collection without holding the cost of every item in a local warehouse. Your selected configuration is ordered after payment.
How long does delivery take?
Singapore estimates are 45 days for small and medium items, 60 days for large items, and 75 days for oversized items. International orders are generally estimated at 60 to 120 days. See our Delivery page for details.
Is assembly included?
Assembly is included in Singapore where the product listing states that it is required. International checkout freight excludes assembly, stairs, special lifting, disposal and complex installation unless agreed separately.
Are room-setting images exact photographs?
Product-only supplier views and the written specifications identify the item being sold. Some room-setting and directional images may be digitally styled to help visualise the design in a home. They are secondary visual references; colour, lighting, and surrounding decor can vary.
Can I order outside Singapore?
Yes. Checkout is available for supported destinations worldwide. International freight is estimated from the destination region and order value. Orders use DAP terms unless confirmed otherwise, so the recipient pays destination duties, import taxes and broker charges.
