Shipping policy
Homejourney ships furniture to supported destinations worldwide. Singapore orders include free scheduled furniture delivery for standard-access addresses. International checkout displays an estimated freight charge based on destination region and order value.
Estimated lead times
- Singapore small and medium items: approximately 45 days
- Singapore large items: approximately 60 days
- Singapore oversized items: approximately 75 days
- International orders: approximately 60 to 120 days, depending on production, sailing, customs clearance and final delivery
Lead times begin after payment and order confirmation. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates because preorder production, consolidation, sea freight, customs clearance, and local scheduling can vary. We will contact you if a material delay occurs.
International delivery terms
International freight rates are statistical estimates for standard delivery and use Delivered at Place (DAP) terms unless Homejourney confirms otherwise in writing. The recipient is responsible for destination duties, import taxes, customs or broker charges, and any locally required fees. Stair carry, special lifting, disposal, complex installation and assembly outside Singapore are not included in the checkout freight rate.
Delivery appointment and inspection
Where the carrier offers scheduled delivery, the customer must disclose lift access, stairs, loading restrictions and other access constraints. Additional access or redelivery charges may be payable. Please inspect the item and packaging at delivery and record visible transit damage with photographs before accepting or unpacking where possible.
