- Structural failure under normal residential use
- Missing or defective supplied parts
Not covered
- Normal wear, softening, pilling, minor settling, or natural material variation
- Colour differences caused by screens, lighting, natural grain, stone, leather, or production batches
- Misuse, overloading, water or heat damage, improper cleaning, pets, commercial use, or unauthorised modification
- Damage caused by moving, dismantling, or reassembling the item after delivery
To make a claim, provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video. Depending on the destination and issue, the remedy may be replacement parts, remote repair support, local repair contribution, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
